EXCHANGES
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we ask that you let us know and we will try to help you. We will gladly exchange your item for another item of equal or greater value within 90 days of your original purchase (providing the item is in "as sold to you" condition). There is a 10%-20%
administration fee for having the item off the market based on the time the item was not available for sale. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of your item to us and all associated shipping and insurance costs. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you ship all return packages via UPS or US Postal Service insured mail.
We do apologize, however we CAN NOT take any exchanges directly at the Marietta location inside of King's Row Antiques, as this is a consignment location and not our own location. We hope you understand. Exchanges for purchases made at King's Row Antiques will be issued a gift certificate for a selection of another Tole Guys item in the store. After we recieve your returned purchase we will send you the certificate to use or you may also ask us to send a replacement item to you.
LAYAWAY
In addition to our liberal exchange policy we also offer a layaway program for all toleware items over $200.00. With as little as a $50.00 non refundable deposit, you can make payments for 90 days. The total amount due must be paid by the 91st day or all monies paid for the item will be forfeited.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom order sales are available with a 25% non refundable deposit and final payment due prior to item being available.
PERSONAL SHOPPING REQUESTS
We will shop for a specific toleware, furniture, or other interior designer items at your request with pre-payment. We will shop for the item for up to 60 days. If we are unable to find the item at your requested price we will refund all your money less a non-refundable 10% administration fee. Please ask us about this special offering, because some restrictions do apply to this program.
